About me

About 20 years ago, after my first burnout, I asked myself if there wasn't more to life than forcing myself into a job every day that wasn't 100% me. Living a life that wasn't authentically who I was. So, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, learning various techniques, meeting wonderful people, and finding mentors. I manifested extraordinary things and also lost some of them. Unfortunately, knowledge alone isn't enough to lead a happy life. You have to constantly apply it and occasionally push yourself beyond your comfort zone.

Even back then, an inner voice whispered to me that I should share my knowledge with others, which I have consistently done in my job. My strengths lie in acquiring a great deal of knowledge in a short time, writing accompanying materials so that everyone can benefit from it, and teaching it to others.

And from all of this, this idea, this passion project, was born. My goal is for learning to be fun. If it's not fun, you have two options: make it fun or don't do it at all. It's precisely the latter that I've struggled with for years: letting go. Leaving the familiar behind and simply surrendering to the unknown. But now it's finally time to move forward, to try new things, and to share them with others.

Everything I have learned from wonderful teachers should find a place here for others. I am grateful for this gift of learning and teaching.

For about 35 years, art has always been my anchor. When I couldn't express myself verbally, I painted. Like children often do when they can't find the right words or don't yet have the vocabulary to express themselves. I think we adults also sometimes struggle to find the right words. Hence my appeal to you: let creativity back into your life. It can be the solution to many problems. Now, with this knowledge, I hope you enjoy this website.
